The Chiropractic Society of Texas urges all DCs to OPPOSE HR 3654. This bill, if passed, will do the following:
1. The bill allows for expansion of scope and services beyond chiropractic care.
2. A Chiropractor is referred to as a “physician”.
3. There is no opt-out clause of Medicare included.
