Earlier this month the TBCE updated the profession of HB 4224 which adds Section 181.105 to Texas Health and Safety Code. This requires Healthcare entities to post instructions to the public in two places (physical location and website) telling the public how to request Health records. The must be step by step instructions. It is in addition to the Mandatory Notice to the Public on where to file a complaint.
